Studio Classes...

Westside offers a range of fitness classes in two Studios with dedicated timetables. From Tomahawk indoor cycling, Box-a-circuit, Step and aerobics there’s a class to suit everyone whatever your fitness level…working out in a group can’t be beaten!!!


Class Description


Triple Challenge
The name says it all! A combination of step, aerobics and body conditioning all rolled into one.

Ultimate Step

A vibrant high energy step class that will burn fat through easy to follow choregraphy as well as body conditioning, helping you to tone and shape your body.  A great start to the week!

Boxercise
This is a great class for all levels of fitness. Consists of warm-up

stretch, skipping and boxing moves and technique either individually

or in a circuit!
Recommended for:- Calorie burning…muscle toning and all round fitness!!! A workout that really packs a PUNCH!

B-L-T Attack

A whole body toning class, using a mix of cardio and body weight exercises to focus on burning calories and shaping the body. The

perfect combo to get in great shape.


Weight Worx
An endurance class using barbells and weights… this class is guaranteed to tone and shape your body and help you lose weight in record time.

Cardio Pump

An energizing fusion of choreographed cardio and strength training intervals enables participants to maximise calorie burn and increases muscle tone.

Weekend Aerobics
A great class to end the week a Hi/lo impact energy filled workout.


Monday Circuits
A vibrant and motivating class for mixed ability. This class will be centered around circuits to promote calorie burning and strength.

Tomahawk Indoor Cycling
A motivating 45 minute calorie burner! The ultimate indoor cycling experience… have fun with group cycling to high energy music on a stationary cycle. You will climb and decend hills and the odd flat road sprint, giving you a great workout. You can control the level of resistance and there fore you know how hard you work!

Cardiac Rehab

GP and hospital referral class for heart rehabilitation.

Zumba

The Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness party.

Running Club

For all levels of fitness.

Pilates

Pilates is a non impact form of exercise open to any any and any level of fitness ability. It develops core strength whilst improving joint mobility, posture, balance and body alignment. Agreat toning and relaxation class.
