All classes are given a suitable classification either, beginner / mixed ability / advanced depending on their rating!
All you need to bring is your membership card, a towel and a drink bottle.
As a non-member you can take part in a class only if there’s space available just prior to the class starting, simply turn up at Club reception and pay the appropriate fee.
Yes you can, all classes run on a first come first serve basis, you may book either 2 or 3 days in advance after 8.30am depending on your membership type!

No. Over exposure is prevented by carefully controlling the session time and frequency of your visit. This means that you do not need to use a sunscreen.
