Q Who are the Personal Trainers at Westside?
A All members of the Fitness team are certified fitness professionals with a broad base of specialist skills and experience, and they are all qualified to carry out personal training. Check out the trainers profiles on the staff board in the gym…or better still, talk to the trainers in person.

Q Why should I use a Personal Trainer?
A Working oneone means that your personal trainer can get to know what really makes you tick, and how best to help you achieve your fitness goals as quickly as possible. Other reasons include:
• increased motivation and support
• learn the correct exercises and routines for you!
• achieve your best workout every time
• develop a game plan for success!

Q How do I choose a Personal Trainer?
A Choosing a Personal Trainer is a matter of personal preference. Ask the trainer of your choice for a ‘FREE 15 minute consultation’ in order to discuss your needs and to help you decide.

Q How long does a Personal Training session take and how often should I have one?
A You can work with your trainer as often as 3 times per week or as little as once a month, it’s up to you. Sessions can last from 30 minutes to 1 hour, it depends on your requirements!

Q Isn’t Personal Training expensive?
A Westside have introduced several programs to make personal training affordable for anyone by offering:
• special intro offer (3 x 30 minute sessions)
• 30 minute or 1 hour long sessions
• train with a mate
