Choosing a Personal Trainer
is a matter of personal preference. Ask the trainer of your
choice for a FREE 15 minute consultation in
order to discuss your needs and to help you decide.
Q How long does a Personal Training session
take and how often should I have one?
A You can work with your trainer
as often as 3 times per week or as little as once a month,
its up to you. Sessions can last from 30 minutes to
1 hour, it depends on your requirements!
