Q: Do I have to sign a membership contract?
A: Our minimum membership term is ONLY 3 months after which membership can be cancelled by giving the applicable notice period!
(currently one full calendar months notice).

Q: What happens if I join and then change my mind, have I the right to cancel my membership?
A: All our memberships come with a 21 Day Money Back Guarantee. We are so confident you will enjoy our facilities that we guarantee to refund all your money if you decide you want to leave within the first 21 days.

Q: What happens if I become ill or injured or am away on business for long periods during my membership?
A: At Westside we offer all our members the facility to “Freeze” their membership during periods when they cannot use the Club. You still pay a small monthly retainer to keep your membership current.

Q: Can I change membership types at any time?
A: Yes you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Q: Can I pay my membership annually?

A: Yes you can, you can pay for 12 months in advance and make a saving of 10% over the monthly payments.

Q: How do I Join?
Simply visit the club and let reception know you wish to sign up, or phone in advance to arrange a suitable time to ensure someone is available to see you straight away. You will need to provide details of your current bank or building society account in order to complete the direct debit mandate. Please also bring your diary so that we may schedule your first few sessions at the club with a fitness advisor. If you cant visit the Club in person to join, we can post an application form to you- simply call or email the Club requesting this.

Q: How often are the fees reviewed?
The Club subscriptions are normally reviewed annually, and members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes to the prices.

Q: Can I invite friends as Guests?
Yes we encourage you to do so; your guests are welcome to visit the club. You can use one of your complementary “Guest Passes” you were given on joining or you may pay the guest fee for the day.
