ANDY HENSON - PERSONAL TRAINER
Andy is a very experienced level 3 personal trainer, a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's) with a long history of health, fitness and training behind him. A full range of service offered from weight loss, toning, general fitness and nutritional advice.
His work varies from one to one with a client to group health and fitness sessions.
A lot of the exercise is done with free weights, body weight, kettlebells and suspension training. This can be done wherever the client wants to train. However a great deal is generally done at the luxurious Grange Spa situated just north of Bourne.
In addition to the exercise it is very important to eat and drink correctly and Andy guides his clients gradually into a healthier lifestyle with the very best food advice and supplements without having to diet. For more information visit:-

Lorraine Baxter
Lorraine is married to Ian with 2 boys Jordan 18 years and Marcus 15 years – the whole family uses the gym!
Lorraine has worked for Westside for 13 years, she enjoys meeting our existing members and new members!
She also enjoys the classes whenever she can making full use of the gym!
Annette Griggs
Annette is the senior receptionist and has worked at Westside for the last 17 years.
You can be guaranteed a warm, sincere and genuine welcome from her on every visit and she provides excellent customer service. This was reflected in her winning "Employee of the Year" at the Local Living Business Awards in 2013.
Miranda Dale
Miranda joined the reception team in Summer 2013 after 12 years in Florida working in property management, now covering the afternoon to close shift every other week. Love the constant flow of people and the fact each day is different with new challenges and opportunities - I believe customer service is the most important factor in the success of Westside! We try to listen and work with each and every person who comes through our doors.

I am Fitness Manager, Personal Trainer and Class Instructor at Westside. I feel my enthusiasm helps enable members and clients to reach their potential by employing my friendly, outgoing and motivational personality. I aim to create fun sessions that are both effective and sustainable according to members’ aspirations and levels of fitness.
My experience ranges from running all distances up to full marathon or in triathlon to full “Ironman” distance (2.5 mile swim, 1 ½ mile bike and 26.2 mile full marathon) through to weight and strength training.
