Hi and welcome
to Westside Health and Fitness Club. As manager of the
Club since it opened 11 years ago it is now very gratifying
to be part of its successful growth and development.
I am particularly proud of the strong staff team I’ve
assembled…everyone enjoys what they do and takes
great pride in being here…they are all people
pleasers with a genuine passion for delivering excellent
service. With such a fantastic team behind you, we can
guarantee you’ll enjoy being part of the club
right from the very start, whether you’re an avid
exerciser or completely new to fitness.

When you join our Club we guarantee you will
not simply become just another face in the crowd. You can
count on us to give you all the support, encouragement and
motivation you require in order for you to achieve results
and for you to start feeling good about yourself.

With the professionalism and
personal involvement of our staff, we aim to make you feel
as if you `belong' and `fit-in' at the Club as quickly and
easily as possible. We won't ask you to do anything you
don't like…we won't ask you to do anything you can't
achieve....but we do want you to feel comfortable and confident
with what you are doing and we do want you to see results
and to start feeling the benefit from your exercise.
That is why all our new members
undergo a comprehensive introductory period. Our fitness
team will take a personal interest in getting to know you
and will carefully guide you through your initial series
of work-outs step by step, making joining the Club a fun
and enjoyable experience.
For peace of mind, if you decide within `21 Days' that the
Club is not all that we say it is and not the place for
you, for whatever reason we guarantee to give you back your
money....every single penny!
